In order to facilitate and encourage participation in the future purpose and function of The College, and to allow The College to establish its role as a centre for excellence, a major consultation process has now begun. This will run from May to October 2010.

This document outlines the proposed purpose and functions of The College. It will form the basis of the consultation activities. We are publishing this in advance of the formal consultation in order to give you an opportunity to familiarise yourself with the proposals and plan your response to the consultation.
